Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Advisory Leadership
- Lead consulting engagements for government, enterprise, and industry leaders.
- Design strategies in areas such as digital transformation, AI adoption, marketing & customer experience, and new business models.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, policymakers, and boards.
Business Growth & Partnerships
- Drive new business development through client relationships, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Identify opportunities for multi-year partnerships, co-creation, and product innovation.
- Contribute to revenue growth and profitability targets for the Consulting BU.
Team & Practice Building
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of consultants, analysts, and managers.
- Shape Jenosize's consulting methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks.
- Build an internal knowledge hub and best practices library.
Innovation & Integration
- Collaborate with Jenosize's Creative, Technology, and SaaS product units to design integrated solutions.
- Stay ahead of global consulting, AI, and digital trends, applying them to the Thai and regional context.
- Champion Jenosize's System of Advantage — blending consulting + marketing + technology + product innovation.
Operational & Financial Accountability
- Oversee P&L for consulting engagements.
- Manage project delivery excellence (KPIs, SLAs, client satisfaction).
- Report regularly to the CEO/Board on consulting performance and strategic direction.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or digital transformation, with at least 5 years at Director/Partner level.
- Proven track record advising governments, enterprises, or top-tier organizations.
- Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, digital platforms, and enterprise transformation.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Thai & English.
