Responsibilities :
- Provide professional M&A advisory services to clients in Japan and Southeast Asia, supporting both inbound and outbound transactions.
- Advise clients on overseas business expansion and development strategies, including market entry, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Identify and introduce potential M&A targets, joint venture partners, and strategic alliances aligned with clients business objectives.
- Advise on transaction structuring, valuation considerations, pricing strategies, and negotiation of deal terms and conditions.
- Support post-merger integration (PMI) activities, including acting as a PMO, attending board meetings, and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and value realization.
Qualifications :
At least 8 years of experience in M&A consultant as manager level
Proficient in Business English
Knowledge of financial modelling
