Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consulting Specialist based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Consulting Specialist will collaborate with teams and clients to provide innovative solutions and strategies for achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, analyzing complex data, designing management consulting frameworks, facilitating client workshops, delivering training sessions, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
• Proven expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to design and implement effective business strategies
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships, convey complex ideas, and lead discussions
• Experience in Training and facilitation to empower and engage teams to drive transformation
• Proficiency in project management with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
• Familiarity with regional and global markets and business trends is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
