WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Project Negotiation & Client Requirement Understanding

  • Collect and analyze client requests, coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and departments to assess project needs and prepare quotations.
  • Prepare data and supporting materials for negotiations, facilitate communication and provide professional insights and advisory support throughout the negotiation process.

2. Project Management & Execution

  • Work closely with data production team; apply relevant software and analytical skills to collect, classify and prepare key datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Organize and compile data analysis reports in line with contract terms and detailed client requirements, ensuring precision and data quality.

3. Client Relationship Management & Customer Service

  • Maintain regular contact with clients, manage inquiries and complaints and build long‑term, trusted client relationships.

4. Revenue Forecasting & Client Revenue Management

5. Business Dynamic Understanding & Technical Problem Solving

6. Process Improvement & Technique Innovation

7. Team Leadership & Development

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • University bachelor's degree; majored in marketing, statistics, psychology, or other relevant subjects
  • 4+ years of working experience in market research and minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Solid understanding of relevant expertise and consumer panel methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis software.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, organization and coordination abilities.
  • Proven team‑building capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fast learner with an innovative mindset.
  • Market‑sensitive and able to perform well under pressure.
