Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Deepen local insight projects, capture local perceptions, formulate insights and strategic recommendations to guide product communication and brand communication strategies:

  1. Conduct user segmentation and in-depth exploration: Further segment target user groups based on domestic market data and research, and identify potential high-value user groups and unmet needs.
  2. Carry out star scenario exploration: Identify high-frequency and key scenarios where users use mobile phones in daily life, provide directions for product function optimization and innovation, and enhance user experience.
  3. Implement decision path analysis: Study the entire process from users&apos generation of purchase intention to final purchase decision, and identify key factors affecting the decision-making.
  4. Participate in brand building path research: Combine local market characteristics and user perceptions, provide professional suggestions based on user insights for brand positioning, communication strategies and brand image building, and enhance the brand&aposs popularity and reputation in Thailand.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates with approximately 5 years of working experience in research institutions or consulting firms are preferred.
  2. Familiar with qualitative research, with the ability to host qualitative interviews and conduct insight analysis (candidates with a foundation in quantitative analysis are preferred).
  3. Possess keen user insight capabilities: Able to deeply understand user needs, pain points and psychological factors behind behaviors, and transform insights into practical product improvement suggestions and market strategies.
  4. Have excellent communication and coordination skills: Able to cooperate closely with cross-functional teams (including product R&D, marketing, sales, etc.) and effectively promote the implementation and application of research results.
  5. Proficient in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
