Position Overview:

We're hiring a Consumer & Market Insights Analyst to be the execution backbone of SPG's Insights team. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning research into clear, actionable insight, owning projects end-to-end and amplifying world class brands.

You'll work closely with the Director of Insights to design, field, analyze and report on qualitative and quantitative research projects across multiple consumer brands and product categories. Your work will directly inform product development, marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and sales. Your contributions will also assist leadership, brand, and retail partners.

This is a high impact execution role with real ownership, visibility and growth potential.

This position is based out of Bangkok, Thailand

What You'll Do

Research Execution & Project Management

  • Own day-to-day management of qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • Help write questionnaires and discussion guides for surveys, concept tests, and feedback studies
  • Program surveys and perform quality control (QC) checks
  • Manage sample providers, recruitment partners and participant completes
  • Track timelines, deliverables and project status to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs

Analysis & Insight Development

  • Clean and prepare data for analysis
  • Conduct analysis using multi-method approaches, such as crosstabs, Conjoint, MAXDiff, gap analysis, basic segmentation, and trend comparisons
  • Analyze qualitative inputs including open-ended responses, images, video and verbal feedback
  • Synthesize findings into clear insights with implications for marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and sales
  • Create well-structured reports with visual storytelling, callouts, and recommendations
  • Comfortably walk stakeholders through findings (live or async presentations)

Ongoing Market & POS Reporting

  • Produce regular reports using third-party market and syndicated data
  • Preferred experience with Stackline, SPINs, Circana, Nieslen or similar 3rd party datasets.
  • Able to synthesize internal POS data with broader category and market trends
  • Track performance, shifts in demand, competitive movements and emerging patterns

Who You'll Work With

  • Partner closely with the Director of Insights & Strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, Product, and Sales teams
  • Support downstream go-to-market (GTM) teams and initiatives with data, insights and recommendations

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience with survey and research tools such as Qualtrics, QuestionPro, UserTesting, or similar
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid grasp of basic statistics, cross-referencing and data interpretation
  • Strong attention to detail, pattern recognition and analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently
  • Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in Thailand. The company is unable to sponsor visas or work permits for this position.
