We are seeking a dynamic Consumer Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of our consumer-facing digital products, encompassing web and mobile applications, as well as backend system integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting a user-centric, competitive, and exceptional digital shopping experience. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience for our Thai and International customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for all consumer-facing channels, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • Lead the discovery process for new features and optimisations, validating ideas through customer feedback and competitive analysis
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and focus for the development team
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure design and user experience align with customer expectations and enhance usability
  • Oversee the execution of product strategies, from ideation to launch, including defining requirements, overseeing development cycles, and measuring impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product initiatives are well understood and supported by stakeholders
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to product management, utilising analytics and research to inform decisions and measure success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry is preferred
  • A track record of delivering user-friendly and highly engaging consumer digital products
  • Exceptional understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to drive product decisions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
