Job Description:

  1. Responsible for overall management of assigned consumer segments (Mass, Middle Income, Online merchant, SME, Affluent, etc.), ranging from identifying customers&apos needs, developing strategies and process to sell and serve in appropriate forms and channels.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales and services in assigned consumer segment, as well as profitability, revenues, and expenses, in comparison to targets and competitors.
  3. Coordinate with relevant parties such as Product Managers and Channel Managers in offering and development of products and services.
  4. Coach and support subordinates in developing their competencies, as well as motivate them.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  2. At least 2 - 5 years (junior level) and 5-7 years (senior-level) of direct work experience in banking, FMCG, consulting or other related industry prefer cross-selling and campaign development + planning.
  3. Strong in customer-centric strategic planning and analytical skills.
  4. Be able to work at Kasikorn Bank Ratburana Head Office.
