Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through inbound/outbound calls.
  • Provide accurate information on products, membership benefits, promotions, stores, and service facilities.
  • Receive and manage complaints, requests, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Offer initial troubleshooting and guidance on technical or general issues, escalating to relevant departments when needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • TOEIC score 600 or above.
  • 12 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (listening & speaking).
  • Service-minded, good problem-solving, able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
