Reporting to Marketing Communication Manager. The incumbent is responsible for
- Lead brand content strategy and storytelling across campaigns and always-on.
- Develop creative assets (briefs, key visuals, copy, storyboards) and manage approvals.
- Leverage global & regional content, identify the right assets to localize. Work with RCOE (regional team) & content factory (central team) to leverage available asset.
- Work with global & regional team to influence right asset develop from central.
- Create consumer-centric content tailored for each touchpoint and govern brand guidelines and asset library (DAM.groupeseb).
- Manage content calendar across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Line OA
- Coordinate with Digital Media & Performance team on data-driven creative testing (A/B testing and learnings).
- Design/manage production workflows aligned with market needs and timing.
- Support PR-related events and KOL engagement for product testing/launch.
- Manage budget effectively – optimizing resources to deliver the right quantity and quality as per business need in the most efficient way.
Main Skills Required:
- 4–6 years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative development skills
- In-depth understanding of modern online environment – channels, audiences, platforms, shopper behavior
- Business acumen – ability to link creative output with business KPIs and translate business needs into actionable content strategy
- Strong passion in SDA / CW products with ability to gain consumer insight and bridge with product benefit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and manage multiple projects
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, E-comm, Sales)
- Organized, adaptable, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Fluent in English (to work with regional/global teams)
