Job Description

1. TikTok Content Creation & Management

  • Create, plan, and manage TikTok content to align with brand direction and trends.
  • Edit TikTok videos, craft captions, and ensure content is engaging and platform-appropriate.
  • Develop new ideas, concepts, and action plans for TikTok campaigns, including viral content angles.
  • Manage models, talents, and creators for TikTok production when needed.
  • Oversee TikTok budget planning and usage for campaigns or content shoots.

2. Social Media Content Creation (All Platforms)

  • Create, manage, and schedule content across all BEARHOUSE platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
  • Ensure content consistency with brand tone, style, and communication objectives.

3. Trend, Consumer & Competitor Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and product performance to shape content direction.
  • Provide insights to guide content strategy, promotions, and campaign ideas.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and creator behavior to keep content relevant.

4. Campaign & Performance Reporting

  • Support campaign planning, execution, and content rollout across all social channels.
  • Track and analyze weekly results, campaign performance, engagement metrics, and growth.
  • Prepare weekly and campaign reports with insights and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications :


  • Bachelors degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in social media management (TikTok/Content Creation preferred).
  • Age not over 26 years old.
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, Canva AI, analytics AI tools) to support creative development, research, content ideation, and productivity)
  • Proficient in video editing software and content creation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills in market trends and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate viral content ideas and manage multiple social platforms.
  • Being a TikToker or having strong on-camera presence is preferred.
