Develop creative concepts and scripts for video content, with strong storytelling and audiovisual direction to evoke audience engagement and emotion.
Analyze and summarize weekly/monthly content performance, monthly video planning to continuously improve content quality, drive sales performance, and maintain brand consistency.
Monitor video performance metrics (e.g., likes, comments, shares, and other KPIs) and optimize content strategies to enhance conversion throughout the content funnel.
Create high-quality content aligned with brand objectives; candidates with experience in managing their own short-form video channels or with formal training in writing/creative content are preferred.
Manage short video content, including coordinating on-site production, working closely with photographers and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Produce and deliver brand-aligned scripts for short video content.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Basic skills in video editing on CapCut and video production/filming.
Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing, video content creation, or related roles; experience in e-commerce or live streaming is a plus.
Strong content creation and storytelling skills; background in new media, editorial work, or formal creative training is preferred.
Up-to-date with content trends, with creative thinking, strong communication, coordination, and resource management skills.
Able to work under pressure, with a high level of responsibility, proactiveness, and team.
