Specification
- Creative, proactive self-starter with a strong visual eye and passion for digital and social media content
- Hands-on and comfortable creating content independently as well as managing photo and video shoots
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- A team player with a positive, flexible, and can-do attitude
- Personable, reliable, and professional, with good communication skills
- Able to adapt to different brands, aesthetics, and environments
- Good personal grooming and presentation
- Understands and respects local culture and trends in the digital and social media space including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Skills Required
- Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media, Design, or related field preferred
- Excellent and efficient writing ability in English and Thai
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense, especially for Facebook, TikTok and Instagram grids and social-first content
- Strong understanding of social-first photography and videography, including composition, lighting, framing, platform best practices, and the ability to edit content independently
- Proficient in social media and content tools including:
Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
Canva
Video editing tools such as CapCut (or similar)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, manage, and deliver monthly content calendars
The Role
Content Creation
- Create high-quality social and digital content, including short-form videos, reels, photography, and social-first visuals
- Curate content and manage monthly content calendars across platforms, ensuring strong visual consistency and alignment with brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling guidelines
- Design social media visuals, campaigns, and digital assets
- Collaborate with Project Managers and the Creative Team to develop and execute content ideas
- Adapt content for different platforms and formats
Social Media Management
- Project dependent, assist with developing social media strategies including visual and content direction
- Manage the development of visual content for monthly social media calendars
Photo & Video Shoots
- Project dependent, plan, manage, and oversee photo and video shoots, including developing mood boards, defining content direction, coordinating with photographers and videographers, and managing on-the-day shoots
- Oversee post-shoot content selection and editing
- Independently shoot and edit photo and video content when required
