The SEO & Content Manager will own Statrys organic growth strategy. This role goes beyond rankings. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role. Under this role you will:
- Build topical authority in regulated fintech and incorporation
- Optimise for Google and AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
- Improve E-E-A-T signals across YMYL content
- Align content with commercial intent and revenue goals
- Lead a team of writers and external contributors
- Turn content into a measurable growth engine
Key Responsibilities
Organic Growth Strategy (Search + AI)
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with revenue and product priorities.
Build topic clusters around:
- Business accounts (HK & SG)
- Company incorporation
- Accounting & tax compliance
- Cross-border payments
Optimise content for:
- Google SERPs
- AI answer engines (LLMs)
- Featured snippets & structured data
- Lead SEO sprints to recover and grow traffic after core updates.
Topical Authority & E-E-A-T Leadership
- Strengthen Statrys credibility in YMYL topics (finance, tax, incorporation).
- Implement structured Evidence Packs (claim source citation).
- Improve author expertise positioning.
- Upgrade outdated or thin content.
- Conduct content audits post-algorithm updates.
- Ensure all content meets 2026 Google people-first standards.
Revenue-focused Content Strategy
- Improve CTA placements and intent matching.
- Collaborate with performance marketing to support paid campaigns.
- Create mid-funnel comparison and alternative pages.
- Track content-to-MQL and MQL-to-SQL performance.
Team Leadership & Editorial Excellence
Manage internal writers and freelancers
Provide structured briefs based on:
- Search intent
- Competitor gap analysis
- Conversion goals
- Maintain brand voice (human, clear, credible, practical).
Technical & On-Page SEO
Lead improvements in:
- Site architecture
- Internal linking systems
- Schema markup
- Page speed & Core Web Vitals
- Collaborate with developers on SEO implementation.
- Optimise metadata, headings, and structured content.
- Ensure crawl efficiency and index health.
Authority & Link Acquisition
- Develop digital PR strategies with our Digital PR specialist
- Build high-quality backlinks in fintech and startup ecosystems.
- Monitor brand mentions and reputation signals.
AI & Workflow Optimisation
Integrate AI tools into content production workflows responsibly.
Develop prompts and research frameworks.
Ensure AI outputs meet compliance and credibility standards.
Leverage AI for:
- Research acceleration
- Content gap analysis
- SERP modelling etc.
Stay ahead of generative search trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in SEO and content strategy.
- Experience in fintech, banking, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of YMYL and E-E-A-T.
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic AND revenue.
- Experience managing writers and content workflows.
- Comfortable working with analytics and performance data.
- Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on.
