What's your mission
You'll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- As part of international team, you will support one of the leading social media platforms
- You will help build safe communities for millions of people around the globe
- Assist our community members accurately and on time
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
- Review reported content and respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
Who are we looking for
- Fluency in written and spoken English, and Native Thai is required.
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A deep interest and understanding of online media and social networks
- Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events of the market
- Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility
- Able to work in Bangkok, Thailand
- Able to work in Shifts
