The Content Planner is responsible for localizing, adapting, and planning digital and printed marketing content to support regional business objectives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all assets are aligned with brand guidelines, optimized for multi-channel use, and delivered accurately and on time. The Content Planner will also support creative development, content tagging, and compliance tracking within Customer systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Collaboration
Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure all branded content aligns with Customer's brand values and campaign objectives.
Support the planning and execution of content calendars and campaign deliverables.
2. Creative Development & Adaptation
Supplement existing Global/Regional campaign assets by creating additional pieces for new digital channels such as social media, messaging apps, email templates, event reminders, and invitations.
Produce unbranded versions of branded campaign materials when required.
Localize Global/Regional digital content to the EM market, including translation, GCMA code updates, prescribing information updates, logo adjustments, and integration of local imagery or mascots.
Adapt or expand high-complexity digital and printed materials, including website modifications, Digital Sales Presentations (DSP), and printable leave-behinds.
Deliver creative assets across a wide range of formats: presentations, infographics, email templates, social media assets, short-form videos, and digital/print banners.
Create small videos as needed.
Tag all content in Customer systems to ensure accurate reporting and reuse tracking.
3. Brand Compliance
Ensure all creative outputs follow Customer's Brand Guidelines 2.0 and visual identity standards.
Identify and correct inconsistencies or non-compliant elements in submitted designs.
4. Project Delivery & Workflow Management
Update or supplement global digital assets and prepare final localized versions for market use.
Track progress and collaborate with stakeholders using Adobe Workfront.
Deliver final assets on time and in the required format according to project timelines and content calendars.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in content planning, digital marketing, or creative production.
Strong understanding of multi-channel asset requirements (social, email, messaging apps, print, etc.).
Ability to localize content while maintaining brand consistency.
Proficiency in reviewing content for compliance, accuracy, and visual alignment.
Familiarity with workflow/project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront).
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
