About the Role

The Features & Lifestyle Division of SPH Media is looking for a versatile and results-oriented Content Producer to join our commercial content marketing team. This role is designed for an agile, creative individual who will bridge the gap between creative execution and project management.

In this role, you will drive the production timelines for performance-focused client campaigns, create high-converting social assets, and manage key digital commerce channels across the SPH Media network. You will work with performance marketing and creative teams to ensure all deliverables are optimised for key performance indicators such as click-through (CTR) and conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management & Creative Operations

• Manage production timelines and asset pipelines for client content campaigns from inception to execution
• Develop clear, actionable briefs for the internal creative team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all campaign assets

Social Video Production & Visual Storytelling

• Storyboard, shoot, and edit engaging short-form social videos optimised for performance, conversion, and platform-specific goals
• Stay abreast of digital trends to implement effective hooks and clear CTAs that drive audience behaviour

Performance Copywriting

• Craft high-converting copy for digital traffic banners aimed at maximising CTR
• Write compelling social media captions tailored to the distinct audiences of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram, balancing reach with conversion intent

Channel & Commerce Management

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HardwareZone Deals Telegram channel, sourcing compelling shopping deals that drive clicks and conversions
• Manage the weekly curation and maintenance of shoppable content carousels and ecommerce widgets across SPH Media network titles

Campaign Reporting & Performance Insights

• Track and compile monthly performance reports for the HWZ Deals Telegram channel and ecommerce widgets to monitor engagement and revenue trends
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to aggregate data and contribute to post-campaign reports, providing creative insights based on asset performance

Who we are looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, agency environments or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with camera operation and editing software (e.g. CapCut, Premier Pro, Da Vinci)
• A strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement rates) and how to optimise creative assets to meet client objectives
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, with the ability to create engaging hooks that directly drive audience performance goals (e.g. CTR and conversions)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and compile reports. Familiarity with analytics and social management tools (e.g. GA4, Sprout Social) is a strong plus
• Highly organised with exceptional project tracking abilities
• Possess a strong visual sense and creative flair
• Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving workflows and responsibilities as business and team needs scale
