Content Production Designer

This role supports SPG's Bangkok Development Hub, working closely with both the local development team in Thailand and SPG's Marketing team based in the United States.

Job Description: 

The Content Production Designer works closely with the Content Manager and Director of Marketing to create, manage, maintain, and execute on the creation of visual assets while aligning across teams. This role is critical in supporting brand campaigns, product launches, and executing on product photography to ensure assets are held to high standard and remains brand correct. This individual ensures that every product and season has the right content available at the right time — helping SPG Marketing Team deliver consistent, high-quality creative assets across all licensed brands.

This is a highly organized, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, timelines, and creative collaboration. Working in conjunction with Product Developers, Product Line Managers, Marketing Managers, and Graphic Designers, while reporting to the Content Manager & Director of Marketing.

This role is based in SPG's Bangkok workspace and will collaborate closely with product development teams to photograph product samples, prototypes, and final production items used for marketing and ecommerce content.

Job Responsibilities / Duties / Functions: 

·        Collaborate with the Content Manager to execute on content projects: product photography, promo materials, video, stop motion, 360-spins, etc.

·        Design and update marketing collateral: trade show assets, presentations, graphics, packaging, etc.

·        Maintain and update seasonal content trackers

·        Understand seasonal scope and assist the Content Manager in planning and executing photo and video content, ensuring timely delivery and deadline adherence.

·        Create product renders and process lifestyle imagery

·        Manage on-site photography studio and execute on product photography.

·        Manage product photography libraries, uphold file naming, add metadata, and create searchable content archive.

·        Support packaging sample testing & quality control

·        Maintain and adhere brand partner style guides.

·        Collaborate with SPG graphic designers for feedback & proof reviews

·        Create supportive assets for Ecomm/Web as needed

·        Work with product development teams to photograph development samples, prototypes, and production samples received from factories across Asia

Qualifications:

·        3-5 years experience in graphic design, production design, or marketing

·        Product photography experience

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Experience with Project Management

·        Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft, and Proofing Platforms

·        Familiarity with photography, video, and creative production workflows

·        Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·        Photo or Design Portfolio of relevant work

·       Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in Thailand. SPG does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Skills: 

·        Role requires clear verbal and written English communication

·        Strong written and verbal communication

·        Self-motivated work ethic, detail oriented, and able to work autonomously

·        Experience with Project Management Software (Asana) a plus

·        Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

·        Experience with Product Photography

·        Inquisitive and curious mindset 

·        Experience building marketing and content strategies/direction.

·        Able to participate in group discussion, critique, and brainstorming with an ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback. 

·        Able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple projects at a time.

Contract Structure:

This position operates as a contract role supporting SPG's Bangkok Development Hub. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance in Thailand. Payment will be made on a monthly basis against invoice.
