Job Description:
The Content Production Specialist is responsible for overseeing the creation and management of content across various digital platforms. This role involves initiating content direction, crafting creative material, and ensuring all content aligns with the company's brand and editorial guidelines. The specialist will work closely with different teams to create engaging content that drives audience engagement and supports the company's digital marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative content for social media, websites, apps, and electronic direct mails (EDMs), ensuring consistency with the brand's voice.
Initiate and guide content direction in collaboration with platform management, performance teams, and business unit marketers.
Craft detailed production briefs that provide clear direction on concept, script, and copy to support the production team.
Generate engaging captions for digital media and conduct Art Working proofing for all design and copywriting.
Maintain brand consistency across all content and ensure alignment with SEO strategies to drive audience engagement.
Assist in various production support tasks, including providing voiceovers for video content when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation or digital media production.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create content for diverse digital platforms.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
Proficient with content management systems and a basic understanding of design software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to work under tight deadlines.
