Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee content projects from ideation to execution, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Orchestrate internal cross-functional teams, external agencies, and clients to create engaging content for TikTok campaigns.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact between creative, marketing, and client teams to streamline workflows.
- Content Production Oversight: Manage content calendars, track project progress, and ensure assets meet brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in content production and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any relate field.
- 2-3 years of experience in content management, marketing, or project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (client-facing)
- Familiarity with TikTok ad products and for the platform (or other social media platforms)
- Experience using project management tools
