Position: Content Strategy & Creative Manager
Report to: CEO
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
Location: RSU Tower, 4th floor, LOVA Hospitality Head Office (Phrom Phong BTS)
Role Overview
LOVA Hospitality is a Bangkok-based restaurant group known for its dynamic and trendy dining concepts. We are expanding to 8 outlets this year, with brands including Bianca, HolyBelly, and LAVA each built around strong positioning, distinct identity, and memorable guest experiences.
We are looking for a Content Strategy & Creative Manager to lead the creative direction of our digital presence across all brands.
This role is about defining content strategy, driving brand storytelling, leading content creators, and ensuring that every shoot, campaign, and piece of content aligns with our brand positioning.
What You'll Do
Content Strategy & Brand Direction:
- Define monthly content pillars for each brand aligned with positioning
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, menu launches, and collaborations
- Translate brand identity into clear storytelling frameworks
- Align content calendar with marketing and business objectives
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand messaging
Creative Direction & Shoot Leadership:
- Create mood boards and define the visual direction for all shoots
- Define storytelling angles, structure, and narrative flow
- Lead shoot execution and ensure alignment with brand positioning
- Guide videographers, photographers, and content creators on framing, delivery, and storytelling
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all brands
- Be capable of shooting and editing content when necessary, while production execution remains primarily the responsibility of the content creator team
Team Leadership & Content Execution:
- Lead and mentor the content creator team
- Review and approve content before publishing
- Set clear quality standards for visuals and storytelling
- Coordinate content production timelines
- Ensure smooth collaboration between marketing, operations, and culinary teams
Performance & Optimization:
- Monitor engagement and content performance metrics
- Extract insights and adjust creative direction accordingly
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact
- Balance creativity with measurable business outcomes
Campaigns & Brand Growth:
- Support new branch openings and key launches
- Develop creative concepts for seasonal activations
- Strengthen brand equity through structured storytelling
- Ensure digital presence reflects the ambition and positioning of each brand
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in content strategy or creative direction
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling
- Experienced in leading creative shoots
- Confident creative decision-maker with strong visual taste
- Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Passionate about food, hospitality, and lifestyle concepts
