DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars across social media, website, and campaigns.
- Craft original social media content for social channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X including graphics, short videos, and story sequences.
- Writing and reviewing content for websites.
- Oversee content production timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand and accuracy across all digital media.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital media platforms to ensure the best performance for content to reach and engage audiences.
- Recommend and contribute ideas with the content creation team to improve and optimize effectiveness on each channel.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define realistic goals.
- Work with Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) to get and understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets and objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies.
- Experience in leading a small-medium team.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital marketing, digital communication or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in content, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience working with creative teams and agencies.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of branding.
- Background in performance tracking system either open or close platform.
