About the Role
We're looking for a Content Technologist focused on designing the future of how our craft content and post production teams work. This role blends creative technology, AI-enhanced workflows, and a deep understanding of production realities. Your background in craft and post environments informs your ability to modernize, streamline, and evolve complex pipelines, without performing hands-on 3D or VFX execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI assisted workflows that accelerate content ideation, creation, adaptation, and delivery
- Explore and integrate emerging AI models, APIs, and automation or no/low code platforms to modernize how our teams work
- Develop prototypes that demonstrate the potential of new technologies for creators, editors, VFX, and post production teams.
- Connect multiple tools and platforms into cohesive, scalable workflows that reduce friction and increase output quality
- Translate creator and production needs into technical solutions that enhance speed, consistency, and personalization
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media, post production, and craft teams to test and scale new approaches
- Help evolve legacy craft workflows into AI enhanced or fully reimagined processes that are future ready
- Support the rollout of new tooling, ensuring teams understand how to use them effectively and confidently

Preferred Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years experience in content operations, creative technology, post production, or related technical creative fields
- Hands on experience with AI tools and platforms (OpenAI, Runway, Hugging Face, ComfyUI, custom models)
- Familiarity with production and post production ecosystems, pipelines, or toolchains
- Strong understanding of standard 3D and craft production software such as Maya, Houdini, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Nuke (workflow literacy, not execution)
- Experience working with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Comfort with APIs, automation tools, or no/low code platforms (Zapier, Make)
- Understanding of how craft and post production teams operate, with the ability to map those workflows into future ready AI enhanced processes
- Scripting in Python or JavaScript is a plus
- Agency or media tech startup experience is a bonus
