Job Overview
Drives the implementation of programs and projects to improve products and processes and develops deployment plans.
Job Requirements
- Leading the project for specific sites, developing the value stream maps, executing the implementation plans for the particular sites, and aligning them to the overall business strategy.
- Monitoring the progress of the plans, leveraging the lean tools and methodologies to improve the processes, and evaluating the implementation plans.
- Training and educating team in lean, six sigma methodologies and associated tools to implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives.
- Achieving consistency and standardization across the functions, coordinating the value stream initiatives, and facilitating the kaizen events in their respective sites.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
