Job Overview
The
Continuous Improvement Analyst II plays a key role in driving the plant's digital transformation journey by combining Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Data Analytics, and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational performance. The position is responsible for identifying manufacturing improvement opportunities, developing digital tools and dashboards, and implementing automation and smart manufacturing initiatives that support data-driven decision-making and sustainable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead TEOA deployment, Lean maturity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Kaizen, and process standardization projects to improve operational performance.
- Lead the plant's digitalization roadmap by developing and implementing digital solutions, including Power BI, Power Apps, automated workflows, and smart manufacturing technologies.
- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization solutions by collecting and analyzing production data to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and drive AI, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to implement digital transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new technologies.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate production data from multiple sources to improve operational visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional improvement and digital transformation projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with site and global stakeholders.
- Facilitate training, coaching, and change management activities to drive adoption of Lean, Digitalization, and AI solutions.
What Your Background Should Look Like
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Digitalization, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Smart Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Kaizen, and Process Improvement.
- Hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Dashboard Development, and Data Visualization (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience leading Digital Transformation, AI, Automation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes with the ability to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Experience developing digital solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, or similar technologies.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage
