Position: CI Manager (Continuous Improvement)
Business: Manufacturing and Property company
Hiring term: Contract in probation period and convert to permanent employee
Location: BTS Chong Nonsi, Bangkok
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support in developing and implementing Continual Improvement (CI) projects in collaboration with participating factories, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to analyze root causes and solve problems effectively.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and execute training plans related to CI, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Monitor and track cost reduction performance of each CI project on a monthly basis.
- Prepare summaries and monthly reports on project performance and cost savings for management review.
- Support the standardization and sustainability of CI practices across manufacturing operations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement–related roles, such as Lean Six Sigma or CI projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using tools such as Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Mistake Proofing, FMEA, or other relevant methodologies.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and Supply Chain operations.
- Proficient in using Minitab.
- Green Belt certification is required.
