Continuous Improvement Director

Thai Garment Export Co., Ltd. (TAL Apparel) is looking for a Continuous Improvement Director to lead site-wide continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. This role will drive productivity, quality, cost improvement, and capability building through structured CI methodologies and strong cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale CI strategy and roadmap across the site (Lean / Six Sigma / CI system)
• Drive measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost
• Coach and develop CI culture, including training and capability building for teams
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and establish robust problem-solving routines
• Implement KPI governance, performance reviews, and sustainability mechanisms

Qualifications

• Strong experience in CI / Lean / Operational Excellence within manufacturing (garment/textile is a plus)
• Proven leadership in delivering improvement results and managing multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on expertise in structured problem solving, data-driven improvement, and change management
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
