Drive the site's Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy aligned with operational and business objectives.
Lead and manage complex Lean Six Sigma projects, ensuring structured problem solving, measurable improvements, and sustainable results.
Coach and mentor Green Belts, providing guidance throughout project execution and ensuring effective use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Facilitate workshops to document and analyze site flows, including both material and information flows, using process mapping and value stream mapping tools.
Support teams in identifying operational priorities and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and collaborative workshops.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including Green Belt, Black Belt, One Safran, bottom-up initiatives, and cross-functional improvement workshops.
Support operational corrective actions and improvement projects to resolve process inefficiencies and strengthen performance.
Promote a continuous improvement culture across the site by engaging stakeholders, sharing best practices, and ensuring knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or Lean Six Sigma environments.
Strong technical engineering background with solid knowledge of standard and advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated leadership and change management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build teams, motivate stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive collaboration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
