Main Duties & Scope of the role

This role is to manage and maintain the company's contractual obligations, and compliance-related documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a wide range of contracts including Student recruitment agreement with universities, university MOUs, partnership agreements, and NDAs.
  • Track contract lifecycles including execution, renewal, expiry, and termination dates.
  • Maintain and update the contract management system and ensure documentation is correctly stored and indexed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Partnerships, Operations, Admissions) to collect input and ensure contractual obligations are understood and followed.
  • Support due diligence, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Manage standard contract templates and ensure version control and compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist with resolving internal contract-related queries.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to coordinate signatures and ensure timely execution of contracts.

About the Candidate (including required competencies)

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal, compliance and administrative role involving contract management from a multinational work environment.
  • Prior experience with a CRM would be a plus.

  • Effective team player with the ability to collaborate within diverse, international environments.
  • Conscientious and with a high degree of personal and professional integrity.
  • Good command of English & Thai, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
