Coordinate schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities (meetings) are properly arranged with no conflicts.

1- A degree in General management is required/preferred or. 2- A minimum 5 years of administration/legal/contract knowledge, skills, experience in general industry/companies/organizations. 3- Detailed, well-organized and independent ability. 4- Good English communications and computer competencies. 5- Standard competencies for 34-40 as follows; Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Communications, Listening and Ethics.
