We are hiring Contract Bank Officers to support daily operational activities within a banking environment. This role is suitable for candidates with strong attention to detail who are interested in gaining experience in market operations, trade processing and securities settlement.

Job Responsibilities:

. Perform daily operational activities including trade processing, trade amendments and settlement processing

. Monitor and respond to operational queries and escalations in a timely manner

. Ensure accurate data entry, documentation and completion of daily operational tasks

. Adhere to documented procedures, internal controls and compliance requirements

. Support ad-hoc assignments, projects and process improvement initiatives as required

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline

. Prior experience in banking operations, financial services or administration is an advantage

. Strong attention to detail with good accuracy in data entry and documentation

. Good organisational and time management skills

. Able to follow established procedures and internal controls

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
