Contract Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Contract Review & Negotiation: Participate in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating main contract legal and commercial terms during the project marketing stage.
- Bidding & Risk Control: Formulate and plan commercial terms during the bidding and quotation stage, providing legal compliance and risk control advice.
- Subcontract Management: Organize, review, and draft subcontract agreements required during the project implementation stage, and participate in negotiations.
- System Alignment: Assist in establishing and improving the project contract management system, ensuring alignment of upstream and downstream contract terms.
- Legal Monitoring: Monitor developments in international engineering contract laws and regulations, supporting compliance management and dispute prevention.
- General Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the company and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Law, International Trade, Engineering Management, or related fields.
- Total Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in project contract management.
- Industry Experience: At least 5 years experience in FIDIC-basis international engineering or large-scale projects; experience in contract management in the infrastructure sector is preferred.
- FIDIC Expertise: Familiar with FIDIC contract conditions, with a proven ability to review and draft contracts for international engineering projects.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to work professionally in English.
- Core Skills: Clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, and excellent coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
