Responsibilities
To oversee the overall management of contracts in the scope of responsibility, in order to provide logistics operations to meet customer requirements, including: maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading the respective DC operational teams to ensure a process of effective management of operations and support functions.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Warehouse Management especially in Retails or Food industry is preferable
- Background in customer relationship management
- Leadership and Understanding of Logistics & Supply Chain business
- Project management skills
- Cross-cultural management skills
- Strategic thinking
- Negotiation skills
- Financial and budgeting skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Thai and English language skills required for this role
