We are seeking an experienced Contract Manufacturing Line Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing activities at our subcontractor site in
Pattaya, Thailand.
This role is responsible for on-site operational management, close collaboration with the subcontractor, and leadership of a local engineering team supporting production, quality, and failure analysis activities.
The Contract Manufacturing Line Manager will serve as Innoviz's on-site representative, ensuring full alignment with company standards, processes, and manufacturing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Innoviz's on-site lead at the subcontractor manufacturing facility
- Oversee and supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations performed by the subcontractor
- Manage and lead a local engineering team, including:
- Quality Engineers
- Process Engineers
- Failure Analysis Engineers
- Ensure close collaboration and effective communication between Innoviz teams and the subcontractor's teams
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, cost, and delivery
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs and ensure compliance with Innoviz requirements and standards
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (RCA / CAPA)
- Escalate risks and issues proactively and lead mitigation plans
- Support production ramp-ups, changes, and ongoing optimization efforts
- Reporting to: VP of Manufacturing, Operations

Requirements
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Pattaya, Thailand
- 5-7 years of management experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Experience working with and managing subcontractors / contract manufacturers – strong advantage
- Strong technical background in electronics manufacturing
- Understanding of mechanical systems; optics background is a significant advantage
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-tech, automotive, or complex electro-mechanical products
- Familiarity with quality systems, production processes, and failure analysis methodologies
- Previous international or relocation experience
