Contract Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Review business agreements/contract and all marketing materials both in Thai and English.
• Conduct research to search for laws and regulations relevant to the company's business operations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to different departments within the organization.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Knowledge of ASEAN law
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ethical conduct and professional integrity.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
