About the role

We're looking for an experienced and commercial Contracting Manager to lead supplier contracting and procurement for TTC brands across Asia.

Based in Bangkok, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with hotels, transport providers, and DMCs, ensuring TTC's brands deliver unbeatable quality and value across every journey.

This is a strategic and hands-on role at the heart of our regional growth, where your work directly shapes the experiences our guests enjoy across the continent.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships that drive long-term value and innovation
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to guide contracting strategy
  • Collaborate closely with product, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Uphold TTC's standards of quality, compliance, and sustainability in every contract

About you

We think you'll bring:

  • A proven record in negotiating supplier agreements across multiple markets
  • Strong knowledge of hotel and ground operations, pricing, and regional market trends
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with solid financial awareness
  • Fluency in English (an additional Asian language is a plus)
  • A willingness to travel regionally as part of the role

You'll thrive here if you're collaborative, adaptable, and driven by service someone who's ready to grow with a company that's passionate about creating travel experiences that truly make a difference.

Why join us

  • Be part of a global travel leader with over a century of success
  • Work with award-winning brands that inspire millions of travellers each year
  • Join a company that's committed to sustainability and making travel a force for good
  • Experience a supportive, international culture where your ideas matter and your growth is encouraged
