Contractual Opportunity for RPA Developer

Job Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with Unite Service Desk for document capture, process automation, and RPA.  
• Perform unit/integration testing and assist in user acceptance testing.  
• Research and recommend new automation technologies.  
• Develop technical documents, workflows (Visio), SOPs, user guides, and reports.  
• Transition products/services to the service desk and prepare technical responses.  
• Train technical teams on process automation.  
• Configure access roles, self-service catalogs, and eForms in Siebel CRM.  
• Support meetings, conferences, and workshops.  
• Provide demo sessions for technical and non-technical users.  
• Integrate AI services into investigative processes and assist in AI/ML model development.  
• Develop Python scripts to automate workflows and enhance data processing.  
• Design automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate & Azure Logic Flow.  
• Ensure API integrations for seamless software connectivity.  
• Lead projects using Microsoft Azure for AI model deployment and cloud management.  
• Assist in data analysis, AI insights, and report generation.  
• Document development processes for future reference and audits.  
• Build process mapping workflows to enhance efficiency. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Experience or knowledge in AI, ML, Business Intelligence, Python, API integration, Microsoft Azure. 
• Background in computer engineering, NLP, ML, process mapping, app development is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, SPSS, STATA for data analysis. 
• Familiarity with API integration, Microsoft Azure AI services, and ITIL. 
• Knowledge of CRM (Siebel), SAP HANA is a plus.  
• Strong writing, collaboration, and multitasking skills. 

Languages: 

• Fluent English required; knowledge of French or another international language is an advantage.
