Ensure OH&S requirements are part of activities and documentation for the development of coaching programs
Actively manages risks by ensuring that all related control activities are implemented through production standard operating procedures
Train and develop the CRO to operate the plant consistently and optimize production according to the defined targets, e.g., quantity, quality, optimized cost, legal compliance.
Define and develop standard operation procedures(SOPs/WI),ensure to apply by CRO
Monitor the operation's performance and provide timely information to make decisions on how to reach production targets and adjust operations and parameters for further improvements.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend technical solutions t solve problems
Support the team in operating the plant to achieve the monthly performance targets
Qualification:
Graduate Chemical Engineering with experience in cement manufacturing operators & production process
Relevant vocational or technical certifications in industrial operations or process control systems can also be considered
Previous experience operating Distributed Control Systems (DCS) or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems is essential
Knowledge technical proficiency in-depth understanding of cement manufacturing processes, including raw material preparation, preheater tower operation, kiln firing, clinker production, and cement grinding
Expertise in operating complex Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
