Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DialogFlow CX Developer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the telecom domain and be proficient in both Thai and English. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing conversational AI solutions using Google DialogFlow CX to enhance customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbot applications using Google DialogFlow CX.
  • Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enhance user interactions.
  • Train and fine-tune conversational models to improve chatbot accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Integrate chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and enhance chatbot capabilities.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of chatbot applications.
  • Monitor chatbot analytics and user interactions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI and chatbot development trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of IT industry experience, with at least 1 year in DialogFlow CX development.
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts, techniques, and machine learning models.
  • Experience in designing conversational flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic in DialogFlow CX.
  • Proficiency in Thai (both written and spoken) & English.
  • Experience working in the telecom domain (preferred).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhook integrations, and backend development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI-based services.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with other chatbot frameworks like Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.
  • Understanding of customer experience (CX) best practices in chatbot design.
