Status: Full-time
YOUR ROLE AS A COOPERATIVE MANAGER
You will be responsible for the strategic and daily management of the employee savings cooperative. This includes overseeing financial services (loans and savings), ensuring strict compliance with Thai cooperative laws, and acting as a connection between the Board of Directors and the cooperative members.
WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
Manage the cooperative's daily business affairs, including supervising staff and implementing administrative controls.
Monitor the cooperative's investment portfolio, cash flow, and financial stability ensure accurate reporting of assets, liabilities, and expenditures.
Oversee loan applications, credit assessments, and dividend distributions to ensure members receive fair and efficient financial support.
Ensure all activities strictly adhere to the Cooperative Act and regulations set by the Cooperative Auditing Department.
Assist the Board in formulating annual budgets, development plans, and policies to enhance member benefits.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor's Degree in Cooperative Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in cooperative management, banking, or credit union operations.
Deep understanding of Thai cooperative laws and financial risk management.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Proficient in using computer literacy in MS Office & G Suite
Strong leadership, integrity, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to a diverse group of stakeholders.
