Overview

Role at a Glance:

  • The primary responsibility of the Representative, Member Business Practices and Compliance function (hereinafter MPC) is to actively manage and represent Thailand MPC department which guide the Distributor organizations in conforming to the rules for Distributor conduct set out by the Corporation. The principal focus of this position is to ensure that Distributors understand and embrace Herbalife's rules.
  • She/he must possess a strong customer relation background with full Distributor Policies understanding, inter-personal skills, administrative background, and the ability to handle pressure and problems in a positive, timely manner.
  • Responsible for managing the workflow of the MPC department and to ensure efficient and effect operation and help to resolve issues that may emerge in the context of relationships with Distributors, primarily in connection with the MPC function.
  • The position is assigned to perform MPC related task; to ensure the Distributor Policies are fully protected and implemented.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Keep abreast of the trend of business practices, trend of Distributors and/or any uprising issues.
  • Research, investigate, communicate with Distributor, collect & analysis the information provided by Distributors, complete issue resolution by recommendations.
  • Do review the Lifetime Volume to make sure that the qualifications are valid and not a result of volume manipulation. Assess whether a qualification should be approved or denied.
  • Strive to complete MPC files within target timeline.
  • To handle the complaints/inquiries regarding non-compliance practices from Distributor & related internal departments.
  • Be proactive research potential suspicious business practices various channels.
  • Analyzing information relating to violations of Distributors or Group Distributors for Distributor education
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Coaching Distributor's wrongful business practices though handling case file
  • Training on job & Applying mentoring, supporting, guidance program to ensure the newcomer can catch up with the process and procedures how to handle effectively and proficiently required tasks of MPC through materials & online/offline training.
  • Address the ad hoc tasks, when necessary, as requested by MPC Supervisor or Head Department.
  • Report to MPC Supervisor, escalated issues and ensure consistent application of our rules in Thailand
  • Distributor Communication & Education:
  • Coaching Distributor's wrongful business practices though handling case file
  • Internal training:
  • Training on job & applying mentoring, supporting, guidance program to ensure the newcomer can catch up with the process and procedures how to handle effectively and proficiently required tasks of MPC through materials & online/offline training.
  • Others:
  • Address the ad hoc tasks, when necessary, as requested by MPC Supervisor or Head Department.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to achieve shared goals

TEAM DYNAMICS:

  • Interacts with all levels throughout organization, staff, distributors, customers and vendors

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

Experience

  • 1-2 years

Skills/Certifications

  • Strongly customer oriented and has customer service experience; experience in MLM Company would be a plus.
  • Fluent English capabilities especially in reading and writing. Good verbal & written communication skills in Vietnamese.
  • Good administrative skills with hands on computer skills, able to use Windows, MS office package software.
  • Able to organize workload for effective implementation.
  • Ability to solve problems and challenges and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-motivated and highly attentive to details and follow-up.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers
  • Manual dexterity required
