About the Role: We are looking for a freelance Copywriter to develop impactful, platform-specific content that brings brand narratives to life. This role focuses entirely on digital and social media ecosystems, requiring those who understand contemporary internet culture to shift fluidly between distinct brand voices and thrive within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and execute a wide spectrum of digital creative work, ranging from quick-turn social content to expansive brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate across multi-functional teams under the direction of creative leadership to execute core audience engagement and campaign strategies.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of digital platform best practices and align creative output with agency methodologies.
  • Prioritize collective team success, effective concept development, and seamless execution over individual recognition.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and creative support to fellow team members in a constructive, collaborative manner.
  • Manage production timelines effectively to deliver high-quality copy and concepts under tight deadlines.
  • Facilitate and contribute to productive brainstorming sessions, recognizing that strong concepts can originate from diverse sources.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional copywriting experience within an advertising or creative media agency framework.
  • Professional fluency and strong storytelling capabilities in both Thai and English.
  • Demonstrated experience translating social and digital strategies into compelling copy and conceptual campaigns.
  • Proven history of successful collaboration with cross-functional partners, including designers and developers.
  • Deep understanding of major social media channels, including their technical capabilities and audience constraints.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A robust digital-only portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, conceptual depth, and cross-platform execution.
  • Personal passion or deep knowledge in areas such as music, food, or sports is considered a distinct advantage.
