Job Summary
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, managing project human resources, sourcing suppliers and planning the project release.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives the project teams across all technical and functional areas to achieve the project goals. This should include forming, recruiting, selecting, coaching, counselling, delegating, scheduling and disciplining employees.
- Enforces project financial discipline, including budget allocation and presentation, and payment milestones and assists financial department on billing/collection.
- Meets project financial objectives / KPI, by forecasting requirements, preparing project budget in its entirety, scheduling expenditures including OPE, analyzing the financial impact variances and initiating corrective actions.
- The project manager will also work alongside the Project Director and HOD on other project management related duties, which include but are not limited to participating in assisting the delivery team, sales, and solutions to organize company level project evaluation work.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Project Management working experience in the related field.
- Possesses Core Banking and IT background are required.
- Possesses fluent understanding and application of end-to-end Project Management methodology, deliverables in SDLC processes.
- Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) is added advantage.
- Experience in managing Global Team is definitely advantage.
- Working language: Fluent English and Thai in both Written and Speaking.
