Core Functional Project Manager (Core Banking/Lending/Loan)

Location: Bank of Ayudhaya (Krungsri) - Rama 3 Head Office/Hybrid work

About the Role

We're seeking a Core Functional Project Manager to lead critical workstreams in our core banking transformation project. This role is essential for driving successful project delivery, managing risks, and fostering collaboration across teams and strategic partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive core functional workstreams to meet project goals on time and within budget.
• Track and manage project progress, ensuring alignment with scope and governance standards.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Manage change requests and assess impact on timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 58 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience in Digital Banking or Core Banking system implementation/migration.
• Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance in financial institutions.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects under tight deadlines.
