Company Description Jorakay Corporation is a privately Thai-owned company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of building materials under the brands Jorakay, Gator, and Chalawan. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Policy Management: Oversee and develop policies and plans for all internal organizational management (General Administration) in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
2. System Design and Management for Maximum Effectiveness: Define the framework and establish management systems for the Procurement, Legal, and Information Technology departments, while modernizing and improving work processes to achieve maximum efficiency (Operational Excellence).
3. Support Operations: Provide advice and recommendations on the management and control of the company's budget in the supervised departments to ensure compliance with the annual budget plan. Prepare reports and in-depth analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making for management and the company's board of directors.
4. Management Support: Oversee the Procurement, Legal, and Information Technology departments, ensuring strict compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and bylaws. Provide strategic advice and promote general management to support the operations of internal departments. Focusing on achieving project outcomes.
5. Internal and External Coordination and Relationships: Coordinate and build good relationships with key supervisory agencies such as ministries, foundations, government agencies, and relevant private sector entities to promote support and the company's operations.
Qualifications of the Position:
1. Master's degree in law, Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or other related fields.
2. At least 10 years of experience in organizational management; experience in business law will be considered an advantage.
3. Ability to plan, formulate policies, present complex information clearly, and make strategic decisions.
4. Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and analytical thinking skills.
5. Strong team management and leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external agencies.
6. Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
