Job Summary
The management trainee, corporate affairs, supports the execution of corporate communication, consumer communication, and CSR initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation and stakeholder trust.
This role offers hands-on experience across internal and external communications, media relations, consumer complaint and inquiry management, employer branding, and CSR/sustainability programmes, providing a strong foundation for a career in corporate affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives.
- Develop content and visual assets for news releases, social media, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Support employer branding initiatives and corporate communication campaigns.
- Assist in organising corporate events, media engagements, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Consumer Communication
- Support the management and documentation of product quality complaints and consumer enquiries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely responses and resolution of consumer concerns.
- Maintain complaint records, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement of consumer communication processes.
CSR and Sustainability
- Support the planning and execution of CSR and sustainability programmes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects and events effectively.
- Develop communication materials, reports, and presentations for CSR and sustainability initiatives.
- Provide project administration support, including budget tracking, documentation, vendor coordination, and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, marketing, journalism, business administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English, with the ability to develop engaging content and deliver effective presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to work across functions.
- Hands-on experience with social media and digital communication platforms; content creation skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
