Job Description

Job Summary

The management trainee, corporate affairs, supports the execution of corporate communication, consumer communication, and CSR initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation and stakeholder trust.

This role offers hands-on experience across internal and external communications, media relations, consumer complaint and inquiry management, employer branding, and CSR/sustainability programmes, providing a strong foundation for a career in corporate affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications

  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Develop content and visual assets for news releases, social media, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and corporate communication campaigns.
  • Assist in organising corporate events, media engagements, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Consumer Communication

  • Support the management and documentation of product quality complaints and consumer enquiries.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely responses and resolution of consumer concerns.
  • Maintain complaint records, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement of consumer communication processes.

CSR and Sustainability

  • Support the planning and execution of CSR and sustainability programmes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects and events effectively.
  • Develop communication materials, reports, and presentations for CSR and sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide project administration support, including budget tracking, documentation, vendor coordination, and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, marketing, journalism, business administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English, with the ability to develop engaging content and deliver effective presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to work across functions.
  • Hands-on experience with social media and digital communication platforms; content creation skills are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
