Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Corporate & Government Relations Manager to lead and manage relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and relevant stakeholders.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, maximizing government incentives, and strengthening corporate image and strategic alignment with public-sector partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government Incentives & Privileges Management
- Study, analyze, and manage government incentives and privileges applicable to the company and group entities to maximize business benefits
- Negotiate with government agencies and relevant stakeholders to secure incentives aligned with business strategy and operations
- Develop and implement effective working systems to support project execution while minimizing operational and compliance risks
2. Government Policy, Licensing & Certification
- Coordinate with government authorities (e.g. IEAT, municipal offices) to ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Establish processes for maintaining, renewing, and monitoring licenses and certificates in accordance with laws and internal policies
- Develop strategies to obtain required licenses and certificates for new investments and business expansions
3. Government & Industry Intelligence Management
- Lead and participate in meetings with industry associations such as the Automotive Industry Club (AIC) and Thai Automotive Industry Association (TAIA)
- Gather, analyze, and distribute key regulatory and industry information to ensure organizational readiness and compliance
- Develop internal communication processes to ensure timely and accurate information sharing across group companies
4. Corporate & Government Relations / Company Image
- Develop communication strategies to strengthen relationships with government agencies and industry bodies
- Enhance coordination and communication between group companies and external organizations
- Support corporate image and reputation through effective public-sector engagement
5. Internal & Community Coordination
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, local communities, and municipalities to support smooth business operations and sustainable relationships
