Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and produce engaging content to communicate the company's RetailTech initiatives across digital and media platforms.

Create short-form content including social posts, articles, infographics, and short videos to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Support thought leadership initiatives by assisting in drafting executive posts, insight articles, and event highlights.

Translate business and technology initiatives into clear, audience-friendly stories for public communication.

Support media, events, and industry engagements through content preparation and coordination.

Monitor content performance and audience engagement to help improve communication effectiveness.

Qualifications :

3-5 years experience in content creation, communications, journalism, or marketing.

Strong writing ability in English and Thai.

Interest in technology, digital transformation, or innovation.

Ability to create engaging digital content.
