In 2026, we are expanding our influence. We seek a Corporate Branding & PR Manager who can blend modern social-first storytelling with traditional media authority to cement our status as Asia's most innovative digital marketing and media agency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Branding & Narrative Intelligence
- Brand Stewardship: Design and execute the annual corporate branding roadmap, ensuring THE LEMON SHOT's Growth Engine identity is consistent across all touchpoints.
- Executive Branding: Manage the public profiles of key agency leaders (e.g., Managing Director) to establish them as industry thought leaders in the Content-Led era.
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Ensure brand messaging is optimized for AI-driven search and discovery, maintaining high authority in digital citations.
2. Traditional PR & Media Relations
- Publisher Partnerships: Build and maintain high-level relationships with well-known business and marketing publishers (e.g., Marketing Oops!, Brand Inside, The Standard, etc.).
- Monthly Editorial Coordination: coordinating monthly guest columns, interviews, or features in major publications to showcase agency data and success stories.
- Press and PR Agency Management: Draft and distribute high-impact press releases for major agency milestones, strategic partnerships (e.g., Online Station, TikTok Shop), and record-breaking campaign results.
3. Social-First Content Strategy
- Multi-Platform Management: Oversee a strategic content calendar for LinkedIn (B2B Authority), TikTok, Facebook , and Instagram .
- Narrative Continuity: Ensure that traditional PR stories are successfully re-packaged into snackable, viral content for social platforms.
- Crisis & Reputational Monitoring: Use AI-powered listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and proactively manage potential reputational risks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5–8 years in Corporate Marketing, PR, or Media Agency roles. Experience with CP Group subsidiaries or large-scale FMCG/Tech brands is a major advantage.
- Media Network: A proven track record of existing relationships with editors and journalists at top-tier Thai and regional media outlets.
- Strategic Hybrid: Ability to think like a Traditional Publicist (narrative, relationships) while acting like a Digital Native (data, algorithms, trends).
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional writing skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to pivot between formal press releases and casual social copy.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout) and a working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop for quick content iterations.
- Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with PR metrics (Share of Voice, Earned Media Value) and Digital KPIs (Conversions, ROAS).
