Job Description:
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies that align with company goals.
- Craft compelling and informative content for various channels, including press releases, website copy, social media posts, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Manage and update company social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
- Develop creative visual content, including basic graphic design and video editing, for communication materials.
- Support media relations efforts by assisting with media inquiries, press kit development, and monitoring media coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Event) to ensure consistent messaging and support their communication needs.
- Monitor industry trends and news, especially within the FinTech landscape, to identify communication opportunities and challenges.
- Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, webinars, and other communication initiatives.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the company's brand guidelines and ensure all communications adhere to them.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the communication department.
Requirement:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 year of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a related field. Internship experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual content, including basic graphic design (e.g., using Canva, basic Adobe Photoshop, illustrator) and video editing (e.g., using CapCut, InShot, basic Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Possess a foundational understanding of the FinTech industry, including key trends, technologies, and market players.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
